- To arrange and attend to Principal requirements such as the provision of bunkers, lubricant, stores, water, crew services including sign on and off, recruitments, repatriation, medical and hospitalization, crew launches and such other assistant as the principal requirements from time to time.
- To arrange for pilot, stevedores, lighter or others ancillary services such as tug services tallying, surveys and arrangements, duties and services incidental thereto.

- To ensure that bills are properly checked and authorize before payment is made.
- To respond promptly to Principals request for additional information or request for adjustment charges.
